Datamosh

Datamosh is a free Windows app that makes the melting-video glitch effect. Drop in your clips and hit MOSH IT: one clip smears and swirls into the next.

• Classic mode: Melt makes every cut bleed into the next clip. Bloom freezes one frame of motion so the pixels stretch.
• Chaos mode: chops your clips into beat-synced pieces and moshes them nonstop, from Mild to NUCLEAR. Every run is different.
• Extras: glitch FX (RGB split, shake, trails, color warps), grit levels, 480p to 1080p output, keep or drop audio. Images work too.

Requirements: Windows 10 or 11 and the free .NET 10 Desktop Runtime (you get a link to it if it's missing). On first launch it downloads ffmpeg (about 110 MB) once.

If Windows says it protected your PC, click More info, then Run anyway.
